01Who we are

Daleki Capital is a Daleki Global brand operated by D-Legacy SAS from Quito, Ecuador. We manage capital for private and angel investors through private contracts for an agreed term.

Daleki Capital operates under Ecuadorian law through D-Legacy SAS, a company incorporated in Ecuador. It is not a bank or a securities broker and it does not manage institutional capital. It is not registered with United States securities authorities.

02What this site is and is not

This site provides information about our funds, how we manage them and the digital asset market. It is not a public offering of securities, not an investment solicitation addressed to the general public and not personalized investment advice.

The terms shown on each fund profile are for reference. The only binding terms are those in the private contract signed by each investor after a profile conversation. Sending a form or writing in the chat does not create an investment relationship or bind either party.

03Market and blog content

Live prices come from public data providers and may be delayed or wrong. Blog articles and The Letter are educational, cite their sources and go through human review, but information may change after publication.

Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell a specific asset.

04LOBO

LOBO is an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence. It answers with public information about Daleki Capital and can make mistakes. It is informational: it does not give buy orders, does not promise returns, does not choose a fund for you and does not replace a conversation with a manager or reading the contract.

Do not share passwords, private keys, seed phrases or identity documents in the chat. How we handle what you write is explained in the Privacy policy.

05Intellectual property

You may link to and quote our content with attribution. Daleki Capital marks, texts, images and videos belong to Daleki Global and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission. External sources keep their own rights.

06Acceptable use

By using the site you agree not to attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, not to bypass usage limits or security measures, not to send unlawful or malicious content, not to use LOBO or the forms in an automated or bulk way and not to impersonate anyone.

We may block access or discard messages that break these rules.

07Liability

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but it may have interruptions, delays or errors. To the extent permitted by Ecuadorian law, D-Legacy SAS is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of site content, LOBO answers or live prices, nor for third-party services linked from here.

Nothing in these terms limits rights the law grants you that cannot be waived.

08Electronic communications

The messages we exchange by email, forms or chat are data messages with legal effect under Ecuador’s Law on Electronic Commerce, Electronic Signatures and Data Messages.

We only send The Letter to people who asked for it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and you can also ask by email; your request applies from the moment we receive it.

09Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute about the use of the site is submitted to the competent courts of Quito, unless the law provides otherwise. Private investment contracts are governed by their own clauses.
