01What this policy covers

It explains which cookies and local storage dalekicapital.com uses, what each one is for and how to decide about them. D-Legacy SAS is the controller; the rest of how we handle your data is in the Privacy policy.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not track you across sites and we do not share this information with ad networks.

02Strictly necessary

Without these the site does not work the way you asked. They do not identify you and are not used for anything else, so they do not require your consent.

NEXT_LOCALE (cookie): remembers the language you chose. It lasts until you close your browser.

dk-theme (local storage): remembers whether you prefer the light or dark theme. It stays until you change it or clear the site data.

dk-consent (local storage): stores your analytics choice, its date and the version of this policy you made it under, so we do not ask on every visit and know when to ask again. It stays until you change it or clear the site data.

lobo:conversation:v2 (session storage): keeps your LOBO conversation so it is not lost if you close the panel. It is deleted when you close the tab and never leaves your browser this way.

sb-* (cookies): only if you sign in. They keep your session open securely and are removed when you sign out; they last 400 days at most.

03Analytics, only with your consent

If you accept it, we load Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to learn which pages are visited and how fast they load. They use no cookies or local storage, and they provide aggregated data (pages, country, device and browser type, load times) that does not tell us who you are.

If you do not accept it, they are not loaded. The site works the same.

04Third-party services

Live prices connect from your browser to Binance, which receives your IP address. If you sign in with Google or open WhatsApp, those services may use their own cookies on their own domains, under their policies. We do not embed social media content or tracking pixels.

05How to change your choice

You can change your analytics decision at any time from the cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies and site data from your browser settings; if you do, we will ask you again.
